a) Members
RideBrisa services are primarily available to registered members of participating communities, resorts, or campuses.
To be a member, you must:
Be authorized by the participating community or property
Create a RideBrisa account (if required)
Comply with these Terms & all community rules
Membership eligibility, pricing, and access levels may vary by location.
b) Guests
Members may be permitted to request rides for guests, subject to:
Community rules and RideBrisa policies
Vehicle availability
Capacity and safety requirements
Guests:
Must comply with all RideBrisa safety and conduct rules
May be required to ride with a member or be invited through the app
May be subject to ride limits or additional fees
RideBrisa reserves the right to limit or refuse guest access at any time for safety, operational, or policy reasons.

a) Pricing Models
RideBrisa may offer:
Member-included rides (covered by HOA, resort, or community fees)
Member subscriptions
Pay-per-ride pricing (for members and/or guests)
Pricing details are displayed in the app or communicated before ride confirmation.
b) Guest Payments
Guest rides may:
Be paid by the member
Be paid directly by the guest, where enabled
Payment responsibility will be clearly indicated in the app before confirmation.

All users, including guests, must:
Follow driver instructions
Wear seatbelts where provided
Behave respectfully toward drivers, other passengers, and property
Avoid unsafe, disruptive, or illegal behavior
RideBrisa may suspend or restrict access for members or guests in case of violations.

Responsibility for Guests
Members are responsible for ensuring their guests:
Understand and follow RideBrisa rules
Comply with safety requirements

RideBrisa may suspend or terminate access to services for:
Individual members
Guest users
Entire communities (if required by contract or safety concerns)
This may occur due to violations of these Terms, misuse, or operational necessity.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain.
